Lauren Mitrenga

Lauren Mitrenga is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in payroll and HR operations, currently serving as Manager of Payroll & HR Operations at Prime Therapeutics since May 2011. Previously, Lauren held various roles at Prime Therapeutics, including Supervisor of HR Operations and Sr. HR Analyst for Accommodations & Leave Administration, where responsibilities included overseeing leave administration, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and managing internal recognition and charitable giving programs.
