Lee Solheim

Lee Solheim currently serves as a Senior Project and Program Solution Manager at both Prime Therapeutics and Magellan Rx Management since June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Director of SDOH Strategy and Implementation at United Health Group, where Lee coordinated program efforts addressing Social Determinants of Health for UnitedHealthcare members. Previous positions at United Health Group involved leadership in enterprise-wide health programs and IT systems analysis. Lee's career began at Carlson Marketing Group, where responsibilities included IT management and project leadership for high-profile clients. Lee holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Computer Information Systems from Bemidji State University.
