Michelle Loew is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Compensation & Benefits at Prime Therapeutics since March 2014, Michelle develops and leads comprehensive compensation and wellness programs, overseeing critical functions such as open enrollment and merit incentives. Past roles at Prime Therapeutics include Director of Compensation and Benefits, where Michelle designed and implemented market-competitive benefit programs, and Director of HR Operations, managing a range of HR compliance and payroll functions.
