Suzanne Link

Suzanne Link is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Condition Specific Care at Cigna since September 2022, Suzanne previously held the position of Lead Product Manager at Humana and gained significant expertise as a Fertility Therapy Manager and Manager of Behavioral Health Product Innovation at Optum. With prior roles at Express Scripts that included Senior Product Analyst and Client Financial Analyst, Suzanne demonstrated a strong ability to drive client retention and financial growth through data analysis and consultative support. Earlier experience also includes teaching in the public school system and facilitating training for call center employees. Suzanne holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
