Kimberly Harland

Kimberly joined the PrimeLending team as an Area Manager in 2015 and oversaw the growth in the western states of Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah to a $1.6 billion region, now known as the Desert District Region.

Her career in this industry has spanned the course of 30+ years. She has held and loved many different mortgage roles along the way. Kimberly's journey started in closing and funding; by age twenty-two, she was a VP in Underwriting. Her passion to operationally serve her sales team propelled her into a sales role and she's never looked back. Her passion is raising future leaders in the mortgage industry, while providing coaching and mentoring to the Branch Managers in her markets and never losing sight of supporting Loan Officers as they grow their businesses.
