Bas Dijksma

Bas Dijksma possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and project management. Currently serving as the waarnemend directeur at Willibrordschool and directeur of the invalpoule at Primenius since December 2019, Bas has also held the position of project leader for SWV 22.02, focusing on the implementation of educational support strategies. Prior roles include directorship at OBS J. Emmens and school leader at OBS Jansenius de Vries, where responsibilities encompassed daily management and ICT coordination. With a background in teaching at various institutions and a commitment to inclusive education, Bas has developed skills in creating supportive learning environments for at-risk students. Bas holds a Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and has completed multiple leadership training programs.
