Zhongliang Tang has been working in the software engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Web Developer at Joint CHUZHOU XINGDA Electromechanical Co., ltd. where they re-designed the company's user account home page and Account Details Activity page. In 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at Anhui Quanchai Engine Co., Ltd. where they developed the Tuition Reimbursement System. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at CNA Insurance where they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Message Broker & MQ Developer, and the design leader in WMB team to help build an underwriting application. Since 2016, they have been working as a Software Engineer at NiSource where they design and builds Web Pages, Web Applications, SOAP/REST WebServices in Java, C# and C for Public Energy Utility Customer Information System. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer at Primeon, Inc.

Zhongliang Tang received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeast Forestry University from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education for Communications and Embedded Systems Design Engineering. Zhongliang then obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton from 2012 to 2014.
