Technical Support Specialist, Tier 1 at PrimePay

Carlye McCausland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Carlye began their career in 2018 at Target, where they worked as a Starbucks Barista, focusing on providing excellent customer service. In 2021, Carlye joined #1 Cochran as an Information Technology Support specialist, where they utilized their problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

In 2018, Carlye also started working at Penn State New Kensington, initially as a Service Desk Consultant. In this role, they addressed technology-related problems and set up video conferences and university events. Later, they took on the position of IT Generalist 3, where they recruited, trained, and supervised student IT staff, managed audio/visual equipment, and provided tier 3 support to faculty, staff, and students.

Recently, Carlye joined PrimePay as a Technical Support Specialist, Tier 1 in 2023. Carlye'sresponsibilities in this role include providing technical assistance and support to clients.

Throughout their work experience, Carlye has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive approach to addressing technology-related issues.

Carlye McCausland completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State New Kensington (The Pennsylvania State University) from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Fox Chapel Area High School from 2014 to 2018.
