Erin Piedra

Erin Piedra has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Erin currently works at PrimePay, where they have held the positions of Payroll Client Success Representative and Client Training Specialist since July 2020. Prior to that, Erin worked as an ESL Instructor at Wharton County Junior College from January 2014 to June 2014. Erin developed course curriculum and taught English speaking and literacy skills to adult learners. Erin also served as the Citizenship Program Coordinator/Instructor at the Adult Reading Center from September 2011 to June 2013. In this role, they led the design, implementation, and assessment of a federal grant, recruited participants, and trained instructors. Before that, they worked as an Enrollment Specialist/Translator at Bauer Family Resources from March 2010 to May 2011, where they managed enrollment processes for Early Care and Education programs. Erin's earlier experience includes working as a Teacher at Hermosa Valley School from July 2008 to December 2009, where they provided customized instruction to students using a home-school curriculum. Erin also worked as a Community Developer at Guanacaste Development Corp. from October 2007 to May 2008, representing the corporation and organizing community events.

Erin Piedra holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development, which was obtained from Texas A&M University in 2019. Previously, they completed their undergraduate studies at James Madison University in 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Special Education.
