Pooja Maruthi Ram

Pooja Maruthi Ram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Pooja started their career as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 2011, where they were responsible for managing the release lifecycle and implementing release processes for code progression. Pooja also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they served as a Change and Release Manager. In this role, Pooja managed the technical software release process, collaborated with various teams, and defined milestones for each release. Pooja also served as a Risk Management Analyst at JPMorgan, where they effectively executed incident management and logged and prioritized requests for change. Currently, Pooja is working as a Director of Product Operations at PrimePay, overseeing product operations and serving as an Agile Release Train Engineer.

Pooja Maruthi Ram has completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from JSS Academy Of Technical Education Karnataka. Pooja has also obtained additional certifications, including a TCS Business Domain Academy course in Commercial Banking and a TCS Business Domain Academy course in US Mortgages L2.
