Kailash Madan has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Kailash began their career as a Founding Member of Exploita Traveltech Private Limited, where they were part of a core team responsible for developing an online adventure and tourism portal. After that, they joined Citi as a Management Associate, where they led various projects related to reducing call volumes and implementing digital initiatives. Kailash then moved on to become a Business Development Manager in the Commercial Banking division of Citi, focusing on sourcing SMEs for working capital and trade platforms. Following their time at Citi, Kailash worked as an Account Executive at Stripe, a technology platform for online businesses. Currently, they are the Head of Global Sales at Primer, responsible for driving revenue growth in key regions such as EMEA, APAC, and North America. Kailash previously served as the Head of Sales for Asia Pacific at Primer, where they built and managed a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets. Overall, Kailash has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and project management in the finance and technology industries.

Kailash Madan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong from 2011 to 2013. Kailash also obtained the CFA Level 2 certification from the CFA Institute. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka from 2007 to 2011. Kailash has also received additional certifications, including the Global Consumer Banking - Country Business Manager Award from Citibank India in 2013 and 2014.
