Brian Tyiran

Brian Tyiran has a diverse work history in the fields of electrical engineering and university administration. Brian began their career as an Office Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015, where they handled tasks such as mail merges, filing alumni and donor records, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Resident Advisor at the university, a position they held until 2018. During this time, they were responsible for providing support and guidance to university residents. In 2018, Brian worked as a T&S Relay and Protection Intern at ComEd, gaining hands-on experience in the field of relay and protection systems. In 2019, they joined ENGIE Distributed Solar (formerly SoCore Energy) as an Electrical Engineering Intern, where they further developed their skills in electrical engineering. Currently, Brian works at Primera Engineers as an Electrical Distribution Engineer II, a role they have held since February 2021. Prior to this position, they worked as an Electrical Distribution Engineer I at the same company from January 2020 to February 2021.

Brian Tyiran attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
