Luis Nieves has extensive experience in IT support and troubleshooting. Luis started their career in 2006 as an Information Technology Analyst at Northwestern University. Luis then worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Chicago Public Schools from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they joined the American Bar Association as a Customer Care Analyst before moving on to work as a Lexmark On-site Engineer at Lexmark International, INC from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, Luis worked at Agoda as an IT Support and Monitoring Engineer, providing on-site, remote, and global support to the organization. Luis also gained experience as an IT Support Engineer at Vedder Price, P.C., where they assisted with hardware installation and troubleshooting. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Creative Circle as an IT Support Analyst, monitoring system performance and troubleshooting network communication issues. Currently, Luis is an IT Support Analyst II at Primera Engineers, starting in 2020.

Luis Nieves obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University, spanning from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Major Aircraft Management Systems at Interamerican University from 1998 to 2001.
