Leads Team

The Leads Team at Primera Engineers is comprised of specialized leaders who oversee various engineering and operational sectors such as substations, civil utilities, roadway, mechanical systems, distribution, and architecture. They ensure that their respective areas are managed effectively and align with the overall goals of the company. Additionally, they coordinate with the Indiana Office and East Coast teams and support the talent acquisition process to maintain a robust workforce.
