Ana Bottecchia

Ana Bottecchia has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, account management, and human resources. Ana started their career at the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago as a Human Resources Intern in 2012. Then, they joined AppleOne as a Client Services Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining client accounts, fulfilling orders, and recruiting and hiring personnel for clients. In 2014, Ana worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter at ECA Staffing Solutions, Inc. In 2015, they joined Primera Engineers as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later worked their way up to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and currently holds the role of Talent Acquisition Lead. Ana'sexpertise in talent acquisition and account management, combined with their internship experience in human resources, showcase their strong skills in recruitment, client relationship management, and HR processes.

Ana Bottecchia pursued their education from 2008 to 2012 at Loyola University Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. During their time at Loyola, they focused their studies on International Business and Management. Additionally, Ana spent a semester at THE JOHN FELICE ROME CENTER in 2011, studying at the School of Business Administration. Ana's education primarily revolved around business-related fields such as international business and management.
