Carl Pattillo

Carl Pattillo is a seasoned mortgage professional with extensive experience in loan origination and mortgage lending. Currently serving as a Senior Loan Originator at Primary Residential Mortgage since January 2024, Carl has previously held prominent roles including VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate from July 2022 to December 2023 and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at The Federal Savings Bank from December 2015 to July 2022. Carl's expertise encompasses originating first and second mortgages, as well as commercial equity loans and refinances across various underwriting guidelines, including Fannie Mae and FHA. Carl's career began at Horizon Home Mortgage and America One Finance, where significant groundwork was laid in mortgage consulting. Educational credentials include studies at Long Beach State and a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
