Mariano Borghi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mariano began their career in 1999 as a Developer at WCS Technology, where they worked until 2003. Mariano then joined Deloitte Argentina as a Senior Developer and stayed with the company until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Tech Leader at Plant S.A. Following that, Mariano worked as a Team/Project Leader at Capgemini from 2008 to 2011. Mariano then joined Globant as a .NET/Sharepoint Team/Project Leader, responsible for supervising projects and implementing best practices until 2014. In 2010, Mariano started working as an Independent Consultant, providing consultancy and development services to various projects, including the Sanitary Supplies Monitoring System and the Evaluation of Essential Public Health Functions System. Mariano then joined Beclever S.A. in 2014 as a Software Consultant, participating in the complete life cycle of development and support projects. Currently, Mariano works at Primero Systems, where they started in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer and later advanced to the role of Custom Software Manager, responsible for project execution, coordination of the developer team, and management of tasks and software life cycle.
