Abby Rubright has extensive experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management. Abby'smost recent role was as the EHS Management System and Internal Audit Lead at Primient. Prior to that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University, teaching environmental management. Abby also held positions as the Manager, Global EHS Audit, Data & Analytics at O-I, the HSE&S Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation, and the EHS Excellence Leader at Primient. Abby has a strong background in EHS compliance and risk management, as well as expertise in coaching and developing site culture. Abby also worked as the Global EHS Lead Auditor at Tate & Lyle, where they focused on driving operational excellence in EHSQS. Earlier in their career, Abby held various roles at Calgon Carbon Corporation, including EHS Program Manager and Sustainability and EHS Program Specialist. Abby began their career at Pace Analytical as a Group Leader. Abby has consistently progressed in their career and has a passion for mentoring and supporting the development of future EHS professionals.

Abby Rubright obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geology from The College of Wooster in 2003. Abby later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Science and Management from Duquesne University, completing their studies in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, Abby has also obtained various certifications, including First Aid and CPR AED from the American Heart Association, DOT Hazardous Materials Regulations and RCRA Hazardous Waste Management from Lion Technology Inc., Incident Commander from the All Hazards Training Center at the University of Findlay, and ISO14001 and 45001 Lead Auditor from Omnex Inc. Abby'smost recent certification is the OSHA 30 HR Training in General Industry, which they obtained in 2014.
