Brian Chaplin

Brian Chaplin is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sourcing at Medline Industries, LP since March 2020, Brian has a proven track record in strategic development, operational redesign, and process improvements. Prior roles include Director of Procurement at MW Industries, Inc., where Brian transformed a decentralized sourcing organization, and Global Commodity Manager at Woodward, Inc., overseeing $200 million in procurement annually. Brian is also an active member of Procurement Foundry, a leading digital community for procurement professionals. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
