Matthew Stephany

Matthew Stephany is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and supply chain industry, currently serving as the Supply Side Area Manager at Primient since March 2022. Prior roles include Refinery Area Manager at Tate & Lyle and various management positions at International Paper, where responsibilities spanned from area manufacturing excellence to operations maintenance in the Power and Recovery Department. Matthew's experience also includes assisting in the startup of the Franklin facility and significant contributions as a Process Engineer at PCA, with a focus on the pulp mill and steam turbine generator projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, earned in 2010.
