Michael Womeldorff has over 25 years of experience in HR and leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR Operations at Primient, where they manage a team responsible for benefits, compensation, payroll, HR information systems, and employee support. Prior to this, they worked at Tate & Lyle as the Director of Compensation & Benefits and as the Human Capital Management Workstream Lead for the implementation of the Workday HRIS system. Michael also served as the HR Director for North American Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, Global Talent Manager, HR Delivery Lead for SAP implementation, HR Manager for the Americas and in Singapore, and Benefits Specialist. Before joining Tate & Lyle, they worked as a Human Resource Advisor at Illinois Power Company and as a Human Resource Supervisor at Lincolnland Visiting Nurse Association.
Michael Womeldorff completed their Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management at Millikin University from 1991 to 1993. Michael further pursued an MBA in Business Administration at Eastern Illinois University from 1995 to 1996.
