Gaurav Shah, MS has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies. Gaurav started their career as a Consultant at Best Buy in 2004 and then moved on to become the Director of IT Services at MaxisIT Inc. There, they successfully built an IT services organization and implemented CRM, Digital Analytics, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing solutions for clients in Retail, Pharma, and Healthcare. In 2010, Gaurav worked as a Management Consultant for eTech Ohio, where they built a business case for a new Higher Education Information System and transformed the organization to Agile. Gaurav then joined Pearson VUE as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they managed strategic projects and improved project management processes. In 2013, they became the Director of IT at HSN, where they strategically transformed the enterprise data warehouse, implemented marketing systems, and generated significant net sales growth. From 2018 to 2021, Gaurav worked as the Director of Digital Technology, eCommerce, and Consumer Data at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where they stabilized the existing platform, developed a digital strategic roadmap, and optimized traffic and conversions. Currently, they hold the position of VP – Digital & Customer Applications at Primo Water Corporation, where they have created a highly rated mobile app, developed a digital platform consolidation plan, and rolled out new platforms to improve productivity.

Gaurav Shah has a Master of Science degree in Quantitive Methods (Statistics and Operations Research) from The University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to obtaining their MS degree, they attended BVM Engineering, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided.
