Jeffrey Manzella

Jeffrey Manzella has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Jeffrey currently serves as the Vice President & General Counsel at Primo Water Corporation, where they oversee the legal department and provides support to over 5000 associates. Their responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on policies and employment issues, managing litigation, and handling M&A transactions. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Counsel at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where they investigated and prosecuted securities violations. Jeffrey also has experience as a Voting Shareholder at Rubin, Fortunato & Harbison P.C., focusing on securities and employment law. Additionally, they worked as an Associate and Counsel at Dechert LLP, gaining extensive trial and appellate experience in various commercial and product liability cases. Jeffrey began their career as an Associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, handling general commercial and product liability cases.

Jeffrey Manzella attended JP Stevens High School in Edison, NJ from 1986 to 1989. Jeffrey then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science at Rutgers University from 1990 to 1993. Following their undergraduate studies, Jeffrey enrolled at Rutgers Law School, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in Law from 1993 to 1996.
