Julia Harmon

Director Customer Experience at Primo Water

Julia Harmon has held various roles throughout their work experience. Julia started their career at Sprint in 1982 as a Manager in Local Order Provisioning, Order Entry, and Client Services. Julia then joined WorldCom as a Sr. Manager, where they worked until 2004. After that, they worked at Fiserv Output Solutions, serving as a Sr. Account Manager from 2004 to 2013, and later as a Certified BCP Analyst from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Experience at Primo Water Corporation, a position they have held since 2013.

Julia Harmon attended Crystal Lake South High School in Crystal Lake, Illinois from 1976 to 1980. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Houston where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
