Madison Pichardo

Madison Pichardo has a diverse work experience history. Madison started as a Strategic Planning Intern at Novant Health in 2012 and later worked as a Consultant at Deloitte. Madison also served as a Quality Improvement Intern at UNC Health Care and a Student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Madison then became an Accounting and Administrative Assistant at Talent Development Solutions before pursuing their MHA candidacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Madison joined Deloitte Consulting as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. Madison has also worked at Primo Water Corporation, starting as Chief of Staff and progressing to roles such as VP of Strategic Initiatives and Information Technology, VP of Strategy, and currently, VP of Operations - Convenience Services. Additionally, they have served as a Consultant at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, leading a student team in creating a proposal for transforming outpatient behavioral health services in Wake County.

Madison Pichardo completed their education at various institutions. Madison attended Mount Tabor High School from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a specialization in Health Policy and Management, from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Healthcare Administration at the same university from 2013 to 2015.
