Prior to this role, Maria was the Senior Growth & Marketing Manager at Vauban from Carta, contributing to significant growth and the company's acquisition by Carta. Maria's experience also includes serving as a HealthTech Investment Analyst at NCL Technology Ventures, where contributions were made to early-stage healthcare investments, as well as founding and leading Noxsudor Therapeutics Limited, a company aimed at alleviating hot flushes and night sweats. Additionally, Maria worked as a MedTech Corporate Finance Analyst at Wilton Group, leading fundraising efforts for medical companies. Academically, Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Dundee and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the International University of Monaco, complemented by various educational experiences in neuroscience and research at prestigious institutions.
