Barry Moyes

Barry Moyes has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Barry currently holds the position of VP - Project Management, Power Delivery at Primoris Services Corporation since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Engineering at MasTec Power Delivery Group from October 2022 to October 2023. Barry also served as a Sr. Program Manager at Energy Services West from April 2022 to October 2022. Before that, they were the Manager of Engineering and Technology at Quanta Utility Engineering Services from November 2019 to May 2022. Earlier in their career, Barry worked at HDR, where they held several roles including Data Acquisition Program Manager from March 2019 to November 2019, Project Manager from January 2005 to November 2019, and Design Engineer from January 2005 to 2010. Barry started their professional journey as a Civil engineering Intern at the United States Forest Service from May 2003 to August 2005, where they gained experience in field surveying, construction inspection, and assisting primary P.E.

Barry Moyes earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural/Structural Engineering from the University of Wyoming from 2003 to 2005. Barry also obtained additional certifications, including being Procore Certified as a Project Manager (Resource Management) from Procore Technologies in 2020 and becoming a Professional Engineer through the NCEES in 2012.
