Mehmet Karacay

Mehmet Karacay, PE has extensive work experience in project controls and management. Mehmet began their career as a Design Consultant at Dataserv, Inc in 1998. Mehmet then worked as a Field Engineer/Cost Engineer at Modern Continental, Inc. In 2002, they joined MWH Global as a Construction Management Engineer, and later became a USAFE Representative and Project Manager. Mehmet worked at MWH Global until 2008, when they joined Onquest Inc. as a Project Controls Manager. In 2011, Mehmet became a Principal Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, before moving on to become the Director of Project Controls, Industrial Division at Primoris Services Corporation in 2012.

Mehmet Karacay, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1998. Mehmet later pursued an MBA in Business from California State University-Dominguez Hills, earning their degree in 2001. In addition, they are a Registered Civil Engineer in California, certified by the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
