Rhett Butler has a diverse range of work experience in the oil/gas and construction industry. Rhett began their career as a Laborer for multiple companies from 1998 to 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Cost and Planning Specialist at BES Engineering LLC. Rhett then served as a Project Engineer at Satterfield and Pontikes Construction from 2014 to 2015. Rhett worked as a Project Controls Auditor at S & B Engineers and Constructors, Ltd. in 2015. From 2017 to 2017, they were a Project Coordinator at Strike, LLC. Rhett then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Dashiell Corporation from 2018 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they held the role of Project Manager -Pipeline at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. Currently, Rhett is the Director of Project Controls at Primoris Services Corporation, starting in 2022.
Rhett Butler attended the University of Houston from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management with a focus on Process and Industrial Construction. Following this, they obtained an Associate Constructor certification from the American Institute of Constructors in November 2014. Additionally, Rhett obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Texas State University, although the specific years of attendance are unknown. Rhett also completed a 30 Hour OSHA Construction Health and Safety Course, provided by OSHA, in 2014.
