Katie Giancola

Katie Giancola is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, particularly in the retail sector. Since December 2009, Katie has held various leadership roles at Bath & Body Works, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing stores, home office, and associate experience and engagement. Prior positions include Associate Vice President and Director of Talent Management. Additionally, since April 2022, Katie has been a Franchise Owner of Primrose School of Lewis Center. Previous experience includes roles at The Limited, The Ohio State University, and EXPRESS. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in English, both from The Ohio State University.
