Steve Franklin

Steve Franklin is currently the Franchise Owner of Primrose School of Walnut Creek, responsible for business leadership, strategic growth, and daily operations, while ensuring a nurturing environment for high-quality early childhood education. Prior to this, Steve held various roles at Cognizant, including Manager, where expertise in telecommunications and OSS/BSS was developed over a 20-year career as an implementation consultant and network engineer. Experience also includes positions as Principal Consultant at Akraya/FNS Systems LLC, Senior Consultant and Assistant Project Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Senior Consultant at MetaSolv Software, focusing on network configuration and process improvement. Educational background includes studies at New York University.
