TJ Jiwan is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in franchise development and real estate. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TRAIL Family of Businesses since March 2020, TJ Jiwan has established a conglomerate of franchise and non-franchised businesses. Additionally, as Co-Owner and President of Franchise Development at Namkeen, TJ Jiwan spearheads strategic growth initiatives. Other notable roles include Multi-Unit Franchise Owner at Primrose Schools and Massage Envy, Founder and CEO of Little Sprouts Schools and TRAIL Hand Wash Company, and Vice President and Owner at Cedar Spring Holdings, where significant efforts led to the successful turnaround of a commercial property. Prior experience includes serving as General Agent at Guardian Life and Managing Partner at MassMutual. TJ Jiwan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University and pursued further education at Northwestern University.
