Shantell Devore Miller

Shantell Devore Miller is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various roles within HR. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Prince George's County Memorial Library System since April 2021, Shantell previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at the City of Beaufort SC from 2020 to 2021, and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at the same organization from April 2019 to 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Technical College of the Lowcountry from February 2015 to 2019. Shantell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Columbia Southern University, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of South Carolina-Salkehatchie, with earlier studies at Trident Technical College.
