Andrew Cockram

Andrew Cockram, GISP, IAM is a Technical Project Manager at Prince William County Service Authority, overseeing technology implementations to enhance data-driven decision support and utility management since March 2011. Previously, Andrew served as a GIS Analyst, leading asset management initiatives for water/wastewater utilities. Earlier experiences include a GIS and Data Internship at Development Seed/Mapbox, managing large datasets for election mapping and international projects, and a Research Assistant position at the University of South Carolina, where Andrew analyzed breast cancer service accessibility. Additional roles include a GIS consultant at Ferrum College and an Instructional Assistant. Andrew holds an MA in Geography from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Government and American Studies from William & Mary.
