Siwan Smith

Siwan Smith (Chartered MCIPD) currently serves as Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Princes Limited, leading strategic HR initiatives and reporting to the Chief People Officer. Prior to this role, Siwan founded Inclusion Moments Consultancy & Events and held the position of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager for the UKIMEA at Arup, where a focus was placed on embedding EDI across various regional strategies. Other key roles include Associate Director for Diversity & Inclusion at Anchored In Ltd., Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Blue Coat School, Programme Director for the London Digital Jobs and Skills Hub at Generation, and Head of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at Merseyside Police. Siwan's career began in marketing, serving in various capacities at organizations such as Laser Physics UK Ltd and Banco Santander. Siwan is pursuing a Master's degree in Strategic People Management and Practice at Liverpool John Moores University and holds a BA in Public Relations and Events Management from the University of Chester.
