Grace McCatty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and coaching within the sports sector. Currently serving as the International Programmes Manager for Africa at The King's Trust International and previously as the Head of Delivery for Sub-Saharan Africa, McCatty has played a pivotal role in establishing impactful programs across multiple countries since 2019. Alongside this, McCatty has significantly contributed to grassroots coaching development through various roles at The Football Association, including UEFA C and B Coach Developer. A former player for Sunderland AFC and Bristol City FC, McCatty has also been actively involved in female football development through roles in organizations like the Association of Colleges and the Foundation of Light. Academically, McCatty is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Social Sciences at Durham University, with previous degrees in Sport and Development, and Coach Education and Sports Development.
