Natalie Patman has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Natalie most recently worked as the Head of Public Fundraising & Customer Experience at Princess Alice Hospice. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Supporter Engagement at VSO for almost a decade. Before joining VSO, Natalie worked at Concern Worldwide as an Individual Giving Manager and as a Senior Direct Marketing Executive. Natalie also had roles at CARE International UK as an Online Fundraising & DM Executive and as a Marketing Resources Officer. Natalie began their career as an Operations Intern at Frontier Conservation Expeditions.

Natalie Patman (she/her) pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from Lancaster University from 1998 to 2001.
