Soha Baddour has a diverse work experience in the field of health and safety. Soha is currently working as the Director of Health and Safety at Princess Auto Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at the Canadian Grain Commission where they served as the Acting Manager of Health & Safety and later as a Health and Safety Advisor. Soha also gained experience as a Safety and Health Officer at Red River College. Earlier in their career, Soha worked as an Assistant Scientist at Emergent BioSolutions and as a Laboratory Assistant at ALS Environmental - North America. Soha'swork experience spans over 15 years, showcasing their expertise in the field.

Soha Baddour holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the American University of Beirut, which was completed prior to the year 2000. Soha then pursued further education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety, earning an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate with Distinction from the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2020.
