Justin R. has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing. Justin started their career in 2005 as a Field Sales Support Administrator at Princess House and later moved on to become a Marketing Programs Specialist. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, where they successfully managed various digital marketing projects and a team of web designers and freelancers. Justin also played a key role in managing the digital ad spend budget, which resulted in generating $3M in incremental eCommerce revenue. In 2022, they assumed the position of Digital Marketing Director at Princess House. Additionally, Justin has been working as a Freelance Web Contractor since 2010, assisting small business owners in the community by creating mobile-friendly websites at a fair price.
Justin R. completed their Master of Science degree in Project Management from Northeastern University, a program they attended from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Web Management and E-Commerce from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Justin R. holds certifications in Project Management. Justin obtained the certification "Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep" from LinkedIn in October 2020, and the certification "Project Management Foundations: Requirements (2015)" also from LinkedIn in September 2020.
