POSITION SUMMARY

The mission of the Visual Merchandiser is to merchandise and present the in store assortment in a visually pleasing and commercially successful manner. They will implement merchandising strategies and initiatives to improve sell through and presentation in store. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: -In alignment with Merchandise Ranging Plans, deliver Floor Plans and Monthly Visual Merchandising Planograms for each store, ensuring consistency and brand voice across all retail locations -Plan highly effective visual displays utilising tables, racks, and mannequins to highlight key products and stories, across both apparel and accessories -Visit and work with store teams to execute monthly visual merchandising plans in each retail location -Create Visual Merchandising Guidelines to support store teams in executing all VM Plans to the highest standard, strongly representing the brand -Deliver Weekly Mannequin + Front Window Plans, ensuring key areas are refreshed and aligned with Trend, Brand, and highlighted Seasonality/Event moments -Work alongside the Creative Team to source and implement all in store signage, fixture, display, and marketing materials  -Propose and source display items for presentation of speciality products as required - ie. accessories, swimwear, etc. -Oversee Monthly in store Markdown/Clearance Process, providing store guidance on presentation and signage -Work alongside the Retail Planning Team to ensure Product Ranges are aligned to Store Capacity and Sales Plans, and that OTB is managed appropriately -Work alongside the Supply Chain team to ensure streamlined flow of inventory directly into Retail Stores in line with Planned Launch Weeks -Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies in line with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives -Oversee all operational and administrative elements of Retail Visual Merchandising - reviewing bestsellers, competitors, and product history, etc -Analyse sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies. -Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visual merchandising, such as sales impact, customer engagement, and inventory turnover

REQUIREMENTS: -College degree preferred -Relevant experience in Visual Merchandising with a creative eye -Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments -Detail oriented -Must be willing to travel as needed

Salary banding: 100-120k
