Philip Yabsley

Philip Yabsley possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and logistics, spanning over three decades. At Princess Yachts, since October 1998, Philip has held multiple managerial positions, currently serving as the New Product Introduction Manager for Moulding, overseeing a team of 100 staff dedicated to lamination, GRP finishing, and assembly of short Takt models. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety compliance while optimizing production performance and reducing build times. Prior to that, Philip served in the British Army in a logistics capacity and was a member of HM Forces as a Royal Engineer from April 1985 to April 1992. Educational background includes attendance at St Peter School in Plymouth.
