Haley N. Anderson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nonprofit administration, education, and fitness. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Princeton in Latin America since November 2023, Haley has previously held the role of Program Associate at the same organization. In addition, Haley is a Yoga Instructor at Prime Omega Fitness and a Visiting Graduate Student at Princeton University. Earlier experiences include serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Northern Arizona University and as a Graduate Assistant at The Maureen and Mike Mansfield Center at the University of Montana. Haley's earlier career includes positions such as Director of Special Events for Make-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana and H. David and Joyce E. Hunt Intern with the CITY OF MISSOULA. Haley holds several degrees, including a PhD in American Politics and Public Administration from Northern Arizona University, an MA in Political Science, and an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Administration from the University of Montana.

Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) helps future leaders develop lifelong connections to Latin America and the Caribbean, placing recent college graduates into highly selective year-long fellowships with social organizations throughout the Americas. Fellows experience first-hand the power of effecting positive social change through their work in fields ranging from environmental conservation to socio-economic advancement, education & youth capacity building and public & community health, among other areas. Since launching in 2003, PiLA has placed 535 fellows in 20 countries.
