Ji Zhou has worked in the accounting and finance industry since 2008. Ji'swork experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron, Staff Accountant at Amerian Renewable Energy, Inc., Staff Accountant at Smart Key Energy, Inc., Accountant at Sunshine Green Energy USA, Inc., Accountant at Vision Financial Group CPAs LLP, Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP (US), and Controller at Princeton Nuenergy. At The University of Akron, Ji Zhou analyzed financial data using Excel and the statistical and econometric software package E-views, while also assisting finance professors with data research. At Amerian Renewable Energy, Inc., Ji Zhou worked with the President to develop financial plans and set capital budget for the company, as well as performing financial presentations to seek private equity investment. At Smart Key Energy, Inc., Ji Zhou used Intuit Payroll to run employee payrolls and transmit payroll taxes, as well as estimating financial returns and cash flows for solar projects up to $5 million. At Sunshine Green Energy USA, Inc., Ji Zhou reconciled monthly bank statements and entered adjusting journal entries into QuickBooks, as well as preparing financial statements for management and filing quarterly payroll tax returns. At Vision Financial Group CPAs LLP, Ji Zhou prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S and C corporations, nonprofit organizations and trusts using CCH ProSystem fx Tax software, as well as reviewing tax returns prepared by staff accountants and training staff accountants on quarterly and yearly closings and tax returns preparation. At Grant Thornton LLP (US), Ji Zhou held the role of Tax Manager and Senior Associate. Finally, at Princeton Nuenergy, Ji Zhou is currently the Controller.

Ji Zhou obtained a Master's Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics between 2003 and 2007. In March 2019, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Ji is also a Certified Public Accountant from the CPA (NJ Board of Accountancy).
