Alexander Wolfson, MD, FASA has a diverse work experience in the field of anesthesiology. Alexander began their career as an Anesthesiology Resident at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 2002 and later worked as an Attending Anesthesiologist at both New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Johns Hopkins Hospital. During their time at Johns Hopkins, they also served as a Regional and Obstetric Anesthesiology Fellow. In 2008, Dr. Wolfson founded their own company, Wolfson Design. Alexander later joined Envision Healthcare as an Anesthesiologist in 2011. In 2015, they became the Medical Director of the Surgical Suite at Princeton Orthopaedic Associates, P.A., where they provided operational leadership and a variety of anesthetics for orthopedic surgical procedures. Currently, Dr. Wolfson holds multiple roles at Penn Medicine Princeton Health, including President of the Medical Staff Executive Committee, Anesthesiologist, Committee Chair, and Vice President of the Medical Staff Executive Committee. Alexander has also served as the Medical Director of the UMCPP Surgical Center at Monroe and held positions as Treasurer and Member-At-Large of the Medical Staff Executive Committee.

Dr. Alexander Wolfson, MD, FASA pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at The Johns Hopkins University from 1994 to 1998. During this time, their fields of study included the History of Medicine, Biology, and Russian Literature. Alexander then attended the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a focus on Medicine.
