Jeffrey Lu

Jeff is a Vice President based in Hong Kong.

Prior to Princeville Global, Jeff was at Morgan Stanley’s Hong Kong M&A division, where he participated in buy-side, sell-side and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries and Asia-Pacific geographies, including the $3.0 billion privatization of Giant Interactive Group. When he left Morgan Stanley, he was a top-ranked analyst and was hand picked by senior management to simultaneously assist in a supporting management analyst role.

Between working at Morgan Stanley and joining Princeville Global, Jeff earned his MBA at The Wharton School, where he was the youngest in his class to do so. He also briefly interned with FountainVest Partners, a China-focused buyout fund, as well as Tencent’s M&A and Investment Group.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jeff received his B.A. in Economics with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Stanford University. He is an avid fantasy sports participant, managing on average five leagues each year, and also an amateur wedding DJ. Jeff speaks English and Mandarin.
