Kyle Gorres

Kyle Gorres is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and underwriting. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Principal Asset Management since June 2015, Kyle has held several key positions, including Investment Manager and Senior Underwriting Analyst. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Berkadia from August 2011 to May 2015 as a Senior Production Analyst and Analyst. Initial experience was gained as an intern at Principal Global Investors in early 2011. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 2006 and 2010.
