Philip Garcia

Philip Garcia is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Principal Global Investors since October 2010. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Director and Head of Client Service EMEA at T. Rowe Price from January 2005 to April 2010. Earlier in his career, Philip was the Head of UK Investment Consulting at Towers Perrin from October 1984 to December 2004. An alumnus of the University of Cambridge, Philip earned a Master of Arts in Mathematics from 1984, complemented by an earlier education at Latymer Upper School, which spanned from September 1973 to December 1980.
