Steven Larson

Steven Larson, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategies. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager for Global Equities at Principal Asset Management since July 2019, Larson previously held roles at prominent firms including Winslow Capital as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for International Equities, and Arbor Capital Management as Partner and Portfolio Manager for International Equities. Larson’s career began at Kemper Securities in investment banking, followed by key positions at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo Funds Management, leading investment oversight and manager research. With a strong academic background, including an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Business Administration from Drake University, Larson has consistently applied a research-driven approach to achieve significant portfolio performance and asset growth throughout various roles.
