Joe Day

Joe Day has extensive experience in data and analytics, as well as learning and development, serving in various roles at Principal Financial Group since October 2007, including Assistant Director - Data and Analytics and Senior Product Manager. Joe has a background in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Coordinator and Representative, and contributed to group sales with the Cleveland Indians and Nike during 2007. In earlier positions, Joe gained experience in the mortgage industry with Nationstar Mortgage and supported men's basketball operations as a Graduate Assistant at Iowa State University. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Iowa State University.
