Madhavi Dahanukar

Madhavi Dahanukar serves as the Head of India and the Philippines at Principal Financial Group since August 2023. Previously, Madhavi held significant leadership roles including India Country Head and CEO at State Street, and India Country Executive at Northern Trust Corporation. Madhavi's extensive experience in operations and management includes a tenure as Executive Vice President and Head of Enterprise Shared Services at Vodafone, where Madhavi led a transformative initiative in predictive analytics and machine learning. At EXL, Madhavi was responsible for multiple regions and played a vital role in redesigning the enterprise operating model. Madhavi's career includes positions at Mphasis, IDBI Bank, and GE Money, with a focus on strategic project management and operational excellence. Madhavi holds a Bachelor of Legislative Law from Indian Law Society's Law College and a Bachelor of Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
